Pair Kenya’s most celebrated safari destination with its most popular beach resort on this 4-Day Masai Mara to Diani itinerary, with three full days of game drives across the Mara’s golden savannah before heading to the coast.
From Diani, we can help arrange snorkelling and diving at Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park or the MV Alpha Funguo shipwreck, kitesurfing and windsurfing, a dhow safari to Wasini Island for dolphin watching, deep-sea fishing, and seasonal swims with whale sharks.
You will be picked at the Airport or at your Hotel after breakfast, our Representative will meet you to finalize and brief about the safari plan and introduce you to your guide, then depart for the Masai Mara National Reserve via the viewpoint at the Great Rift Valley. You will enjoy lunch in Narok. On arrival in the park, you will proceed on a game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide. You will arrive for dinner and your overnight stay at the Lodge.
After breakfast, you will proceed on a full-day game drive within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game viewing in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close-range encounters. You will break for your picnic lunch at Hippo Pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. You will return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay at the Lodge.
Optional Balloon Ride can be arranged at an extra cost.
After breakfast, you will proceed on a full-day game drive within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game viewing in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close-range encounters. Optional evening Nature Walk with the Masai Warrior can be arranged at an extra cost.
After breakfast in the camp, you will have an opportunity for a cultural tour known as a Maasai village tour, then drive to Nairobi, arriving in the evening with lunch enroute, and drop off at the Airport to proceed to Diani/Mombasa for your beach holiday.
